Buyer Refunded "someone else payed without his permission"

So i sold my work like programmer on 15 November and buyer yesterday reported that someone else made that transaction.
I Just logged in paypal and i could not even say anything in that case, like case was immediately closed. I even have proof or our chat with timestamp..

what to do now, and will paypal give him money back, like i said more than 20 days passed after he payed, this is nonsense.. i worked on that code for years..

The case is not closed yet and under review aka being investigated.

Sender created case, PayPal opened case, PayPal emailed (notified) you of the unauthorized activity case, PayPal puts case under review. If PayPal contacts you for info, reply asap.
