Business account added to my personal profile and phone number added without my knowledge

Someone added a business account to my profile and added a new phone number (a Phillipines number), I've changed my password and questions and removed the phone number. How do I remove the business account without deleting my personal account?

Report to PayPal the unauthorized access incident, the changes that were made and the changes that you made to return the account back to normal and ask them to downgrade the account back to personal.

 

  1. https://www.paypal.com/au/smarthelp/contact-us     
  2. Click Password and account access.     
  3. Click Report unauthorized access or unknown charges.    
  4. Click Message or Call Us after the “This information might help” box.

Thanks so much, they have now put it back to personal account only and I now have 2-step authentication on my account.
