my pay pal account was blocked, although I provided all the data you asked for and they are all correct and honest. what is the reason for blocking? it's unfair
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final. Also they do not give you a reason, guess that's because it would make no difference as the permanent limitation has already been applied.
