Blocked account

My account is blocked and I cannot receive or send payments. PayPal needs me to confirm my business credentials, but I'm no business owner anymore so I cannot provide requested info. And to get anybody from PayPal to assist with this matter is impossible. What to do?

Well last time I helped you, you didn't bother to even say thank you let alone leave kudos/solution.

However if you are not a business why do you have a business account?
