Shame: Buyer can open a dispute twice. I sold some bitcoin to someone through Paxful and he open a dispute and close it. Then i sent him the bitcoin buttt to my great surprice he opened dispute again against me. Unauthorised transaction!!! I was shocked and he won the dispute also. Plus i was charge an extra standard dispute fees.. Is Paypal still a good payment system to received and send money???
