So I sold an item through PayPal. He gave me half upfront through friends and family. He claimed I sent the wrong item, so I sent another. Now he says the item is fake. He filed a dispute on PayPal and is threatening to have me arrested. I told him send me the item back and I will gladly refund , but he refuses to do so . We live in two different states. Can he sign a warrant on me ? The dispute on PayPal isn’t over yet .

Hello @Marilyn1973,
I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent transaction. Friends and Family transactions don't have Buyer or Seller protection, however if the other half of the transaction was sent via Goods and Services, I'd recommend reviewing the following Help Center articles regarding our Seller Protection for assistance in this situation:
How do I respond to a PayPal dispute filed by my buyer?
What is the PayPal Seller Protection Policy and what items aren’t covered?
Best wishes!
