So my account was banned, because it was created when I was underage. Now the account is in the negative. I've followed the description on what to do to fix it and transferred money to PayPal, but they just sent it back to me after a few days. It was the same bank account that was linked to the PayPal, same name and everything. I tried again and I don't know how I'm supposed to fix it.
