i mistakenly filed a case over a transaction i paid to a contact, it got closed and my balance is not showing in the wallet, i asked the contact he said he refunded the balance, what to do next

Which ''case'' did you file?
Did the seller refund?
Or did it auto close at 20 days post opening?
Or did you escalate to a claim?
If so did you win 'the case'?
