It happened to me today july 24 th, i ordered yesterday with wishlist, 1st purchased I need to authorize, and i decided later to buy more, there's a button at Wishlist ' when you purchase this now you get extra discount', i pressed the button i thought was for that particular items, than back to shopping, again and decided the next day I will pay, (since I have used the additional discount for that day, im entitled only once for 3days ). So this morning I saw my wishlist basket which was still the same, only I saw the better deal with d same items so i pressed it and I paid. Then I was aware that they didn't ask me to reconfirm. I wish PayPal will avoid such auto authorization for irregular purchase.
