Has anybody had to deal with Ausica AUB ?? I have been trying to receive a refund for charges on products not ordered or sent for 3 months

I ordered one klaudena cushion for $45.00 yesterday and they charged me $133.00. I immediately sent an email and they replied that I had ordered four cushions but if I didn’t want them they would substitute other items. I replied and asked for one cushion and a refund of the difference. They haven’t replied.
