I need your help to solve the limitation. I haven't add my bank or card details on paypal yet but paypal ask for bank statement to solve the limitation. When I am trying to add the bank details, paypal says, "There’s a problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly."
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
