According to what I read in the paypal world once the case is denied there is not appeal-they stick with the seller -I caaled paypal and tried to get soem helo-=my case was deneid and paypal sent me the denial info-it gaive a a China Post tracking number 0Ilooked it up and nothing was shown-I calle d and talked to an agent she had a USPS number and stated she would look into the number with USPA and if false issue a refund-never heard back from Paypal
