Appeal case drop down menu

I want to appeal a closed case. In the help it shows-
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Click Report a Problem.
- Select Closed cases in the drop-down menu and find the claim you want to appeal.
- Click Appeal in the action column.
There is no drop-down menu. What to try now?

The Appeal button will only be available for 10 days after your case closes.
If it is within 10 days and you are having difficulty, please try and log into your PayPal account using the PayPal Website or an alternative web browser.
You should then see the drop-down menu for 'Closed Cases'.
If you still need more help, you can get in touch with our customer service team.
Select 'Help' or 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal Webpage.
