Anyone else scammed Giske Network Technology LLC

I purchased from this company & was given a fake tracking number. After I started a dispute they finally shipped my product. It was nothing like the description or picture. They offered a full refund it I return the item to ship it back to China it will cost me over 70.00 & the original item was 45.00 with shipping! I’ve been scammed! I’m really tired of these vendors!

I ordered three pairs of sandals from them and they were not cheap almost $90 in total plus shipping fought with them forever to get a tracking number because it never showed being received by the US Postal Service. They gave me two different tracking numbers they finally sent three pairs of sandals they were not the size I ordered, and it was a complete bait and switch the sandals. They sent me look like something from the dollar store, nothing like the nice sandals that were in the ad or the accompanying video for the ad I’m in the process of working with PayPal now to get a refund because the company does not respond to emails. They have now set up a bot that takes any incoming email.

I ordered some dresses from them via an instagram advert.  The terms and conditions said that returns could be sent within 14 days of receipt (it took 7 weeks for the good to arrive) so I ordered multiple sizes in multiple colours.  

The dresses did not suit me and did not fit as I hoped so I asked for a return address.  This was followed by 33 emails back and forth where i was told numerous times that I could not return the items.  Finally today I have been given an address in China and although it is expensive, I will return the items and await a refund.  I also noticed that they overcharged me when I purchased - they did actually refunded the difference once I brought this to their attention.  

I will never buy from them again.

So sorry to hear about this. When PayPal refunded my money for buying from them I got the impression that had now taken them off PayPal because of all the complaints about the company. I am in UK

I am surprised that PayPal still allow payments to Giske Network Technology Co., Limited as it is quite a few years that there are all these reports of people be scammed, like me and this is April 2024.

It does not look like PayPal does anything to protect their customers, not good!

Overnight a deduction was made from my Bank a/c to Paypal for this non existent Co! US$! Have notified bank and started resolution of fraud re Ginkse Network Technology who post an email address that is a phone # & another email address that leads to Apple App! Dodgy a f. Hope Paypal rectifies this scamming!

Same here.  Spent more money trying to get a refund.  Company is a Scam.  I thought my product was coming from Ireland, not Hong Kong, China.  Good luck.

I am experiencing the same thing with Paypal and I find it unnerving that they are aware of the sellers as scammers but do nothing to protect the customers. The sellers know they can get away with this so they continue and remain on the Paypal website. We must be able to do something about Paypal and its lack of action. I feel as though Paypal is punishing the customers for purchases. I purchased fans that are not what I ordered and are subpar.
