I am always leery of purchasing from a website that advertises on social media. I've been fooled by "click-bait" before. Has anyone purchased anything through this company? The website is noronline.shop and when you get charged on Paypal it comes through as Power Smart Co., Ltd.
I purchased an emergency kit that never arrived and now I have two additional charges originating from PayPal. The reason we use PayPal is because of their security and response time but it has definitely went down hill. The charges today are over 300 for this year alone from companies that are slipping through PayPal’s radar.
