pp like you it is the money sender , eBay acting on behalf on the seller ,
you should open a dispute on eBay site if your problem not solved you can take a next step by asking pp to help.
I have a dispute on paypal. Waiting for seller to respond, he has until friday. Not sure what happens next.
Also, was the item taken down by seller or ebay?
Ebay probably remove it and cancelled the sale.
If you have opened a dispute for non receipt of item (do NOT select unauthorised) then make sure you escalate to a claim before the 20 days are up, and add all the information you need to before escalating.
Once escalated Paypal will review and if the seller does not send a tracking number you should get a refund.
