Hello After I proof my identity that was requested by PayPal they suddenly limit my account. I’m in a serious situation that I lost my debit card while traveling and the only way to get to my country is to send a friend of mine some money to withdraw it for me. After I sent the money and put proof, my account got limited permanently and the money is on hold on my friends account. Note: while sending the money, it neevr asked me is it for friends and family or business..
