I am unsure if I’m being scammed the money that is being sent has appeared in my estimate but they’re saying it’s stuck on 75% but I’m not sure the photo they sent looks believable and I don’t want to send anymore money

No funds in your balance = you have not been paid.

You do not pay in percentages so it sounds as if you have been receiving fake spoof paypal emails unfortunately.

Even if your funds were pending they would still SHOW in your paypal account balance.
