Adding additional information doesn't work

Someone attempts to scam me by asking Paypal for a refund, after I post additional information on the case with proof, I don't see my new message appearing. I tried refreshing the page and closing the browser and getting back to the case.

Was the case escalated?

I wonder whether the comms/additional info to PayPal after escalation is ever posted to the message thread for the other party to see since comms cease between seller/buyer and are then with PayPal to mediate and decide case at that point.

Hi! Sorry for the late response.

The case was escalated and the responses I made were received by Paypal, just not shown for the first few days (for whatever reason).

I hope this also helps other people in the future!
