I received and won 2 cases but now my account says I can't use PayPal and the funds can't be withdrawn. The buyer received the items amd paypal has the funds but when I try to transfer it won't do it. It won't let me contact a luce person either. Paypal has the money and agrees I was correct in the disputes, the buyer has the itens and I apparently have nothing
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
