Account restrictions and Transfers

PayPal has Frozen my money in my account and has put restrictions it originally told me to confirm my identity which I then did so and took multiple pictures of my ID and Passport And still says contact PayPal, Very dissatisfied been dealing with this problem over Mounths it’s time consuming and Frustrating.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
