Account permanently limiting ?

Hello, so i just create an account and they said my account is limited and must up load my pesonal driver license or country security number, so i upload my driver license, after couple of day i checkup and they said this:

"We're permanently limiting your account.

You can no longer use PayPal as we've decided to permanently limit your account after a review.

You can no longer use PayPal

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services."

i dont understand what i do wrong, how can i fix this ?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
