My PayPal account was permanently locked after I changed my name due to there being a typo in my name from when I made the account when I was 15. Now that I’m 18 I decided to log back in and wait the 3 days resolving everything with ID etc. after waiting 3 days for my name change I received a email saying my account had been permanently locked. How do I resolve this

Hello @Mz2005,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I'm sorry to hear that your accounts have been limited. Before a permanent limitation is placed, many factors are reviewed and you will be notified to your email along with the reason. For this reason, the decision cannot typically be reversed. I know that can be frustrating, but these decisions are not something made lightly. Typically if an account has been permanently limited, then some part of our user agreement has been broken. However, you are welcome to ask for a second review. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
Regards,
Ayesha

When I asked for a second review they refused? My account was permanently limited and what I sell is very unique so I want to provide them with more details to help them understand what I am doing isn't in violation with their rules. When you do a second review is it possible to provide more details?

Hello @12nd,
Thank you for visiting PayPal Community Forum and welcome!
I am sorry to know that you no longer can use your account. The permanent limitation is not a decision made casually and often involves multiple factors, some of which may not be readily apparent to you. Unfortunately, I would not be able to discuss any account relating information. If you believe that there was a mistake, you can contact Customer Service and request a second look at the basis for the limitation decision and review if there is anything that was missed. If there is a mistake found, it can be corrected. If the decision is upheld, however, there would be no further avenue for appeal, as a permanent limitation is final.
I hope this helps,
Ayesha
