Account locked and stuck in a suspicious activity loop. Customer support is inaccessible

Dear everyone,

My main account has been blocked and got stuck in a 'suspicious activity' loop since about half a year ago and I couldn't find a way to reach out to the customer support: the telephone support hangs up automatically due to 'not being able to help me at this time' and their Facebook and email auto respond telling me to write a message here but obviously couldn't login due to the infinite loop my account got stuck in.

 

This situation is extremely frustrating as it seems PayPal are trying their best to shut me out. Are they active on this forum? Is there anything I can do to get my account unlocked?
