Account limited

Hello I have been using the paypal for 6 months and now my account is limited. I don't know what was the reason of limitation. Could anyone investigate my account and let me know details? Thanks.

I am just suspecting if my customer sent suspicious money to my account.

As a web developer, I worked with many customers and just after receiving a payment from a client, my account was limited.

I want to be sure if the account is limited because of sender or because of me.

I did identity verification several times before and passed.

I did the same this time and it doesn't pass now.

Anyone please help 😞

I do understand your concern regarding your account being limited. PayPal may limit an account for various reasons. You can find the detailed information about limitations here : Why is my PayPal account limited? When a limitation is placed, you will be updated the reason for the limitation via email. Usually, PayPal ask you to complete some steps to remove your account limitations. You can find the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Center/notification of your account.
