My account has been limited for no reason. I am not able to email a person at paypal (i'm getting computer generated responses).
I have have been through all of the steps in the resolution centre. It simply tells me that my account is limited without giving me a tangible reason aside from violation of community standards. It is a new account I have never used. The old account I barely used.
When I go through the steps in contact us it gives me a generic email response.
Please assist me with this situation or give me a way to contact a person not a computer generated response.
Regards,
hx
