Account limited permanently

Hi. I wanted to re-create account and use 1 number instead of 2(on old account 2 numbers was linked) and now newly created account become banned after I submit ID. And I don't understand exactly why it was banned🥲

Normally you can't appeal a permanent limitation however if you want to try then.............

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Thanks for advices. Yeah, live chat agent aren't available. Will try write in twitter. And if I'll create another one would it be blocked?) Don't you know?

If you have any limitations permanent or temporary on a paypal account then you have to resolve them and not open another paypal account as that would be limited as well.

Were you offering items to sell on your old account?

No, it was used only for transferring funds from/to my friends.
