Account limited and cant withdraw my funds but it's been over 180 days

Well my account was limited permanently over 8 months ago. They told me wait 180 days to receive my funds. Now it is 3 months over 180 days. I received a messege saying they made the neccessary adjustments so I can withdraw my funds. I tried and it didnt work I call them and they say wait and that's all I can do but if it's been over 180 days what is the probelem
