It says "Provide the info we need to verify your identity and lift limitations." on my account. I provided all the info but no difference since 2 weeks!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Im sueing because it was limited for no reason just like the first one and I'll never use PayPal ever again I promise you that with my life
