I would like to know why whenever there is a limitation put on an account do they say the same thing over and over and over again. Is it a robot running PayPal?

My account has been on limited access for over 12 months now and I still can't get my money out. Why is it so difficult. I have explained hundreds of times and have even told them to close the account if they think it's fake but no, they can't because there is a limitation on my account which I can't get removed because there is a limitation on my account. Is it me or does this seem ridiculous all the interest they are earning that should be mine. This has really set my anxiety raging. They tell me to change the account from business to personal account all the time but when  try I get I told I can't because my account is on a limitation arghhhhhhhhhh

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside. You would never be able to use that account again as the limitation would be permanent.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
