Account limitation

Hello ! I just received two emails from paypal (at the same time), the first one says that 'your account has been restored' , and the second one says 'your account is still limited', I need help please, can you guys fix my account ?? Thank you

Seems like it’s an error email you got, go to your account to see what’s going on and call PayPal.
