Account limitation with no dispute or claim

My account was limited due to " excessive risk involved in doing business with you and we'd like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business". I have provided my national ID photos a week ago and I found no dispute or claim in resolution center, what should I do to get my account back?
