My account has been permanently limited with my bank and debit card linked. What happens to the credit card and bank? Do they not let me remove the bank info because they don't want me creating a new paypal? And is my private information safe with them when my account is limited? Thanks, I just turned 18 and just got a bank account so I'm scared they're gonna charge my bank.

Sadly you can't close a permanently limited account. Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it.
They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.
However no one can charge your card or bank account without your authorisation.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
