Account limit

It’s been over 180 days since my account was limited by PayPal. They sent me an email saying I could withdraw my funds however everytime I have attempted to since then it hasn’t let me? It’s been available for withdrawal since December 2020 and yet I still can’t withdraw my money. Every time I call them they say that they’ll transfer me to an account specialist and then they all just tell me I’ll be able to withdraw my funds in 3-10 days. Yet the days pass and I still can’t update my bank info or withdraw. Does anybody have any insight or solutions on this?

Why not request a check be sent to you?

I’ve tried all options and none of them work. On top of that everytime I speak to them they just assure me that within a couple days I’ll have the ability to withdraw it somehow but nonetheless it never happens.
