In December, someone broke into my PayPal account, added their bank account and sent $150 out of my account. I disputed the charges but PayPal did not reverse them. The hackers bank account is still on my account and when I try to remove it, they won’t let because there is a negative balance. I keep getting calls and phishing emails from the hackers trying to get me to confirm their account, presumably so they can funnel money out of my PayPal. So I have tried to pay the $200 with my credit card but it is requiring me to add another bank account. I don’t want to do this because hackers have access or could, they keep trying to get into my computer. I spent 3 hours on the phone with PayPal and no one has helped me close this account.
