Account blocked please help

Hi Dear PayPal users. I have trouble with my account 😞 I use PayPal service 8 years and never had any problem.When i registered my account i use my mother name , now paypal asked me add my passport id, i tried change name cuz i planned upload my own passport id, now my account is blocked.If somebody know how resolve this problem please help me.

A personal paypal account has to be in your legal name. You can't use a paypal account registered in another persons name.

The account belongs or belonged (before being banned) to your mother and not you.

I know paypal rules, I didn’t use my mother account, it’s mine, i just used my mother name when registered, birth year and day i used my own.I need find way how resolve this problem.

If you did not use your legal name when you opened your paypal account then it does not belong to you.

It belongs to the person named on the account which is your mother.

If you knew paypal rules you would know that using another persons name on your paypal account is not allowed and why you were banned.

Telling people to shut up is completely ridiculous.

You want a solution? There is no solution for this, you used someone else's info to help open your account 8 years ago and PayPal found out now and banned you. There is nothing you can do except appeal to PayPal and see what happens.
