Account blockade

Hello,

 

Yesterday I tried to register my first PayPal account. After confirmation of the phone and email I got message that I should to provide additional information. Maybe because of I am Ukrainian. Using special form I uploaded the scan of my international passport. After that I got email that my account was blocked. I need this account to get some help from my friends due to difficult situation... I can't contact to technical support or find email addresses to contact them. Also I don't understand problem and reason of the blockade, because I provided document which confirmed my person. Sorry for my English and thanks in advance!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
