Account banned

Hi I made an account like 2 years ago when I was under 18 but I never used it and forgot about it before verifying any documents, I later made an account when I actually turned 18 with the same email address but with a slight difference which for some reason is linked to the same one. My under 18 account has now been limited and I can’t close it so that all my payments go to my working one. I’ve been doing surveys for money and I can’t claim my money because of the old account and the small difference in emails. What do i do to get rid of that old account so I can be paid??

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again or anything linked to it. You can't close it but once 18 Paypal may allow you to do a withdrawal of funds from that account or allow you to open a new account and transfer the funds across for you. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you should get one of those options.

Check before opening a new account or you may get that one banned as well.
