Hello everyone, i got scammed by supplier and i opened a case in paypal, amd paypal banned my account, i still can see that the case is opened and not closed yet . Is there a way to receive a refund? Although the seler didn’t upload tracking or proofs , and i have proofs that i got scammed so is there a way to receive refund or it already ended because i got banned?
