I've been restricted from my account. There's a 180 day block. Because I was unable to verify my identity. I now have an ID. If I upload and send PayPal a photo of it will I be able to access my money again?

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Account limitations.
  4. Click Check the status of a limitation.
  5. Click Call Us after “This information might help” box.
