I am trying to link my account to an external service to receive a payment, however it keeps telling me that my account isn't verified and I can't work out why.
I have a bank account linked, address, Drivers License ID but still "not verified"
I was redirected to a link: Your PayPal Account Isn't Verified. To redeem via PayPal, your PayPal account must be verified. You can read more about PayPal verification here: https://www.paypal.com/sm/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-verify-my-paypal-account-faq444
However the information was of no help
