Account Restrited Due to Sanctions

Dear Paypal Community,

I hope this message finds you and your families in Excellent health,

I am a Russian citizen, residing in Zambia. I have not been able to access my funds since the the conflict in Ukraine began. Paypal recommends that I need to add a new Bank account, which I have tried on many ocasions to do, but I keep on getting an error. Can anyone kindly advise on how I can access my funds, as I urgently need to use them.

You won't be able to do anything with a Russian paypal account as they are now frozen.
