My paypal got permanently limited ,i contacted support they asked me for documents after ill sent doc they said we dont have a comment. I asked them because i had opened other paypal accounts in my name but only this time i was able to link with my card after my bank provider help i wanted to know if we can do something to get account back ,they just ignored me need better support for users you cant block accounts for nothing(sorry for my bad english)
