Account Locked. Have no Credit Card.

I’m trying to purchase some games on Steam, however my PayPal account is locked. So, to unlock it, I need Three Things. A Photo ID (Which I have) and a credit card & credit card statement (which I don’t.) Is there any way to get around this?

Any answers here ??? I’m having the same problem. I had to cancel my card and that’s why I can’t provide documents. My whole account is limited now.
