Account Limited

I am trying to transfer money I received from my uncle via PayPal into my bank account. An account limitation is showing asking for proof of ID and receipt for a sale of good. There was no sale of goods transaction. The money was for a bet placed on a football game. How do I fix this limitation. I’ve tried contacting PayPal with no luck.

I am sorry to know about the account limitation. When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the 'Resolution Center' to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email. Since you do not have the requested details, you will have to reach out to our customer support team to know what are the next steps to be taken in order to resolve this issue. To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter. I hope this helps.
