I have attached the email below I sent to deactivation queries 3 days ago, no response. Sent a follow up email yesterday stating that I am about to file a BBB report, still no response. Has anyone else had this issue and was able to access their account again? “Good morning, I am somewhat concerned and perplexed as to why my account has been permanently deactivated. I submitted proof of my LLC through the state, matching transactions from Pixieset (the platform I sell my photos with) as well as my personal identification information. I am unsure as to which part of this does not align with your user agreement and why my account is blocked. I am requesting an in depth review and I am happy to provide additional information if needed. I can assure you that all transactions that I have received are valid and legal. I started and connected a PayPal business account through the Pixieset platform but truly wish that I had gone with the Stripe option for processing payments. I have worked hard for these sales and would like to receive the payment from them as soon as possible. Reference ID: PP-L-489494265960”

Still no luck. Filing a BBB complaint today in hopes that they will reach out. Did yours get resolved?
