Account Closure

I tried to make an account but ended up making the wrong kind. Ending up with a business account. I can't close the account because I can't finish setting it up. As I'm not a business, I can't finish the set up stages because I lack the required information. So I'm stuck in account limbo. I can't use it, and I can't close it.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Or you could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
