Accidentally created business account now money is locked, cannot contact support anymore

I accidentally created a Business account, I thought it had nothing to do with having a registered business leggaly.

I've tried many times to convert it back to personal, but I got a negative response from support every time.

My money is now locked there since they are asking for proof of having a real business and I don't have that, and registering a business would cost me more than the money I hold at PayPal. I have created another account, but It's not allowing me to transfer money from my business to my personal account.

Is there anything I can do to save that money from a Business account?

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

But they state here that I should close my account first, then open personal with the same email.

All that link shows is how to ''upgrade'' your account from a personal account to a business account.

You were asking how to ''downgrade'' your account from a business account to a personal account and the only way to do that is by contacting customer services.
