ACCOUNT LIMITED CAUSE OF POOR VERIFICATION FROM PAYPAL SIDE

Today I got the mail from PayPal stating that 'we found after verifying your documents that you're not 18 Years old'  & because of that PayPal limited my account and notified me in app  that I can't use PayPal anymore for Sending/receiving/withdrawing the money.

And the Truth is I'm 20 years 1 month 13 days old..

They verified the documents in wrong way, in addition to that they LIMITED my Account because of their poor verification skills.

Is this appreciable????????

Even, there is nothing to do in RESOLUTION CENTRE

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS, HOW CAN I LIFT MY LIMITATION FROM MY ACCOUNT.

I think the point is were you over 18 when you opened your paypal account?

If not then it would always be an illegally opened underage account and permanently limited.

However if you were over 18 then.....

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Hello there kernowlass. Firstly, thnx a lot for giving importance to my community post, I am grateful to you. Secondly, I'm an Indian & 20 years old so there is nothing such illegal thing that I have done. And unfortunately, there is no such topic in help centre and neither e-mail service is available nor contact no. is available for paypal in my country. But I will definitely try those alternative ways what you briefed me previously, hoping that they should lift limitation from my account from that. Lastly, THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR TIME BRO!!!
