A few days ago, I registered, after which I received my first transfer, but the next day restrictions were imposed on my account, where they asked me to send documents and explain this transfer. After sending the necessary documents, I received an email saying that my account is permanently blocked due to the risk, lol. Thanks PayPal for the warm welcome and the lost money.

Were you banned because you accepted a friends/family payment for selling goods or services?
Only Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

@kernowlass PayPal asked me to send my passport and explain the transaction, I wrote that this was a payment from friends/relatives, the payment was sent as F/F, I do not sell services or goods.
